Dollar Eases, Gold Prices Climb Amid Inflation Data Expectations
Gold prices rose on Tuesday as the US dollar weakened, with investors waiting for upcoming inflation data that may influence the Federal Reserve's next policy move.
The spot price of gold climbed by 0.6 percent to $4,429.89 per ounce at 02:08 GMT. US gold futures for December delivery remained relatively unchanged at $4,475.10.
Others metals also saw gains, with silver rising 1 percent to $66.78 per ounce and platinum increasing by 0.4 percent to $1,834.00. Palladium firmed up 1 percent to $1,402.87.
