Drone Attacks Hit Saudi Arabia's Oil Pipeline

Saudi Arabia's oil infrastructure has been hit by drone attacks, causing damage and human injuries. The Saudi foreign ministry blamed militants in Iraq for launching the attack on the East-West pipeline, which runs across the Arabian peninsula from Abqaiq to Yanbu.

The pipeline was shut down as a precaution after the attack, which increased concerns about oil exports. The International Energy Agency reported that Saudi oil exports through the Red Sea port at the pipeline's end have more than doubled since the war began.

US President Donald Trump said he believed Tehran was responsible for the aerial attack, while Iraq's government confirmed the attacks were launched from its territory and ordered an investigation.
