Egyptian Gold Prices See Another Surge
Gold prices in Egypt's markets experienced another surge on Sunday. The price of 21-karat gold increased by around LE 15 per gram, while the gold pound rose approximately by LE 120.
The General Division for Gold and Jewelry announced the latest trading prices in goldsmith shops (excluding making charges and stamping fees), noting that actual market prices may vary slightly across governorates. The price of 24-karat gold reached approximately LE 6,857.
Additionally, the price of 21-karat gold recorded around LE 6,000, while the price of 18-karat gold held steady at LE5,142. The price of the gold pound rose to approximately LE 48,000.
