EIA Keeps Azerbaijan's 2027 Oil Production Forecast Unchanged at 520,000 bpd
The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has left its forecast for Azerbaijan's oil production in 2027 unchanged. According to the EIA, Azerbaijan's average daily oil production is expected to be around 520,000 barrels per day (bpd) next year.
This forecast was included in the EIA's September Short-Term Energy Outlook and mirrors its August estimate. The agency also left intact its expectations for output in each quarter of 2027. In the first quarter, Azerbaijan's oil production is expected to average 530,000 bpd, while it will average 520,000 bpd in both the second and third quarters.
However, the EIA does anticipate a slight decline in output for the fourth quarter of next year, with daily production forecasted at around 510,000 bpd. This estimate is also unchanged from last month.
