Eikei-Ky Posts Record July Revenue Amid Supply Chain Volatility
Eikei-Ky (6924.TW), a supplier of PCB design and AI liquid cooling products, has reported its second-highest single-month revenue in July, reaching NT$185 million ($5.7 million). This represents a 10.86% monthly increase and a 25.84% year-over-year growth.
The company's cumulative revenue for the first seven months of this year stood at NT$1.17 billion ($36.4 million), up 15.54% from the same period last year, demonstrating strong growth momentum. Eikei-Ky's Chairman Liu Shih-Lin attributed the success to brisk shipments of AI server liquid cooling products and a recovery in demand for automotive boards from its Thailand plant.
However, the company is facing continued volatility in upstream material prices, with materials such as glass fiber cloth, resin, copper clad laminate (CCL), memory, and passive components in short supply. To mitigate these costs, Eikei-Ky has already passed on costs to customers several times this year and is currently negotiating further price adjustments.
Chairman Liu stated that the company will continue to monitor the situation closely and take necessary measures to maintain the overall health of the supply chain. With the dual tailwinds of significant growth in AI and automotive board demand, institutional investors expect Eikei-Ky's third-quarter operations to achieve steady growth.
