Elenger, Finland's largest privately-owned energy firm, has scheduled three additional US LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) cargoes for delivery at the Port of Inkoo in late 2026. The shipments are set to arrive in November and December of that year, according to an announcement made by Margus Kaasik, Chairman of the Management Board of Elenger Group.

The additional US LNG deliveries bring Elenger's total planned cargoes for the Finland-Baltic region to 11 this year. Seven of these will be delivered to the Port of Inkoo in Finland, while four will go to the Klaipeda terminal in Lithuania. The cargoes are a mix of Norwegian and US-sourced LNG.

Kaasik emphasized that the new deliveries are part of a pre-planned procurement strategy, not a reaction to any supply emergency. Elenger has already secured agreements for most of the natural gas needed for the upcoming heating season through spring and summer 2026 deliveries.
