Endeavour Silver Seeks 30% Production Growth Amid Cost Pressures
Endeavour Silver Corp. (NYSE:EXK) recently presented its corporate update for July 2026, outlining ambitious growth targets despite recent cost pressures.
The company aims to double production over two years, with silver equivalent output projected to reach 14.6 to 15.6 million ounces in 2026, a 30% increase from 2025.
Endeavour operates three mines across Mexico and Peru: Guanaceví, Kolpa, and Terronera. The company's new mine, Terronera, produced 1.3 million silver equivalent ounces in Q2 2026 with cash costs of $5.07 per ounce but all-in sustaining costs of $26.42 per ounce.
However, the actual results revealed operational challenges, with a significant gap between guidance and reality. Management attributed the cost increase to higher silver prices, which boosted royalties, special mining duties, and profit-sharing obligations.
