Energy Transfer LP Exceeds Estimates with Record-Breaking Q2 Results

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:ET) reported better-than-expected second quarter results on Tuesday, beating analyst estimates for earnings per unit and revenue. The company's adjusted earnings per unit came in at $0.59, exceeding the consensus estimate of $0.37 by $0.22. Revenue reached a record high of $34.3 billion, surpassing the estimated $28.67 billion.

The Partnership also raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $18.8 billion to $19.1 billion, up from the previous range of $18.2 billion to $18.6 billion. This increase reflects the company's growth in various sectors, including natural gas infrastructure and NGL exports.

Energy Transfer LP is well-positioned to benefit from multiple visible growth drivers across its business, according to the company. The Partnership expects to invest $5.6 billion to $5.9 billion in growth capital for 2026, with second quarter growth capital expenditures totaling $1.10 billion.
