Epsilon Energy Projects Record Oil Output Surge in Second Half of 2026
Epsilon Energy Ltd., trading as EPSN, hosted its quarterly earnings call. The company's management expressed optimism about its operational execution and growth prospects.
The second-half of 2026 production guidance suggests a significant increase in oil output, with crude volumes expected to grow by almost 200% year-over-year. This growth is driven by new liquids-rich projects coming online, particularly in the Powder River Basin. Two Niobrara wells have already exceeded expectations, with peak rates above 900 barrels of oil per day per well.
The company also highlighted its progress in integrating the Peak acquisition, including personnel and system integration. The completion of this process will allow Epsilon to focus on operational execution and value capture from the acquired assets.
