Equinor Secures First LNG Cargo from Cheniere Under Long-Term Deals

Norwegian energy firm Equinor has secured its first liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo from US exporter Cheniere, under their long-term supply agreements. The delivery marks a significant milestone for both companies.

The Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage 3 expansion project in Texas, completed by Cheniere, has enabled the company to export its 5,000th LNG cargo since 2016. This achievement highlights Cheniere's growing presence in the global LNG market.
