Evolution Powerx Corp. Rebrands to Focus on Natural Gas Power Generation

Evolution Powerx Corp., formerly Enterprise Group Inc., has rebranded to better reflect its focus on natural gas power generation for industrial users in Western Canada. The name change, effective August 5, 2026, follows a strong first quarter with revenue up 16% year over year and gross margin rising 18%. Evolution Powerx Corp.'s core business, Evolution Power Projects, delivers mobile and semi-permanent natural gas-to-electricity solutions that reduce diesel consumption by thousands of liters daily per facility.

The company is expanding its turbine fleet with seven new units scheduled for delivery in late 2026 to serve growing customer demand. It has also established a new operational base in Whitecourt, Alberta, to support increased activity across the province. Recent U.S. natural gas prices have stabilized near recent lows, providing an opportunity for related service providers.
