Excelerate Resumes Operations, Boosts LNG Supply to National Grid
The floating LNG terminal of Excelerate Energy in Moheshkhali resumed partial operations on August 15, after experiencing a technical disruption the previous day. According to Petrobangla's latest operational report, LNG supply to the national gas grid rose to 747 mmcf at 8am.
Excelerate supplies nearly 500 mmcf, with Summit LNG providing the remainder. Local gas production stood at 1,613 mmcfd, bringing total national gas supply to 2,364 mmcfd.
