Expand Energy Beats Q2 Revenue Projections with 5.4% Growth
Natural gas producer Expand Energy (NASDAQ:EXE) reported its Q2 CY2026 results, exceeding market expectations in revenue. The company generated $2.96 billion in sales, a 5.4% year-on-year increase and a 49.1% beat on analyst estimates.
The non-GAAP profit of $1.33 per share was 19.1% above consensus estimates. Mike Wichterich, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Expand Energy, stated, 'This year, the team has been focused on two key initiatives, executing with discipline and accelerating our marketing and commercial strategy. I'm pleased with the significant progress we've made on both fronts.'
The company's oil production per day decreased by 22.2% year-on-year. Expand Energy's market capitalization stands at $21.65 billion.
