Farm Bill Progress Includes Year-Round E15 Support

The National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) has welcomed progress on the Farm Bill, specifically the inclusion of language addressing several key priorities and expanding consumer access to fuel with 15% ethanol blends. According to NCGA President Jed Bower, Chairman Boozman and Ranking Member Klobuchar have shown leadership in ongoing negotiations. The committee is set to consider the bill next week.

Bower expressed gratitude for the continued consideration of year-round E15, a top priority for corn growers who need expanded demand sources. He noted that this development would greatly benefit agriculture.
