Fischbach Pushes for Nationwide Year-Round E15 Access

Minnesota Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach has been a strong advocate for making E15 available nationwide and year-round. She believes that biofuels are critical to the success of agriculture, providing a stable floor under corn prices.

Fischbach made these remarks during the American Coalition for Ethanol Conference in Minneapolis on August 20, 2026. According to her, when biofuels succeed, growers have a stable market, rural processing plants thrive, and rural main streets expand.

She emphasized that passing E15 legislation out of the House was a significant step toward establishing permanent nationwide, year-round access to E15. Fischbach will continue pushing for the bill's passage through the Senate and its signing into law.
