Freeman Gold Corp.'s Lemhi Project Shows Significant Leverage to Gold Prices
Freeman Gold Corp. has filed its National Instrument 43-101 technical report supporting the Feasibility Study for its Lemhi Gold Project in Idaho, USA.
The study's base case uses a gold price of US$3,650 per ounce and estimates an after-tax NPV(5%) of approximately US$695.6 million and a 34.4% IRR over a 15.2-year mine life.
At the current spot price of US$4,350 per ounce gold, the project's after-tax NPV(5%) increases to approximately US$1.03 billion with an after-tax IRR of around 45.4%
The company stated that advancing the Lemhi Project directly into detailed engineering and permitting provides strong validation of its technical and economic strength.
