Global Commodity Markets See Mixed Precious Metals Trading
Global commodity markets saw mixed dynamics in precious metals trading, according to APA-Economics.
The COMEX exchange reported an increase in gold prices for August futures, rising by $20.60, or 0.51%, to $4,070.80 per troy ounce. Spot gold also climbed, increasing by $3.31, or 0.08%, to $4,052.79.
Silver futures on COMEX saw gains as well, with the price for September futures rising by $0.85, or 1.47%, to $58.91. However, platinum prices declined, falling by $5.20, or 0.33%, to $1,592.
