ICE canola futures surged on Tuesday as global tensions escalated following increased fighting in multiple conflicts.

The uptick in prices was seen across various markets, including the U.S. grain and oilseed sector, which also rose in response to the heightened global uncertainty.

Glen Hallick's MarketsFarm reported that the increase in futures was largely driven by the ongoing wars between the United States and Iran, as well as Russia and Ukraine.
