Gold and Silver Prices Fall Over One Percent Due to Strong US Inflation Signals
Gold and silver prices fell over one percent in the international market on Thursday due to strong inflation signals from the US.
The decline was triggered by a rebound in energy costs, which added to concerns about the Federal Reserve's next policy move.
In the Indian markets, gold prices rose Rs 600 to Rs 1,58,600 per 10 gram after three consecutive sessions of losses, while silver prices climbed Rs 1,200 to Rs 2,44,600 per kg including taxes.
