The price of gold and silver has increased in Nepal's local market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the standard gold price rose by Rs 2,500 per tola to Rs 307,400 per tola on September 4, 2026. The price of silver also went up by Rs 40, reaching Rs 4,765.
This comes after a slight dip in prices last Thursday, when standard gold was priced at Rs 304,900 per tola and silver at Rs 4,725.
