Gold Dips Amid US Interest Rate Uncertainty
Gold experienced a slight drop on Monday, falling to $4,383.30 after losing $16.70 or 0.38% from its previous value of $4,400.
Silver, however, saw a small gain at $63.645 an ounce.
Investors are currently monitoring US interest rates and global tensions as key factors influencing the metals' prices.
Last week's weak US jobs data led to a 7% increase in gold prices and nearly a 10% rise in silver, making quick rate hikes less likely.
