Gold Dips, Silver Surges in Nepal's Market
The price of gold has decreased in Nepal's market, while silver prices have increased.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold prices dropped by Rs 200 per tola to Rs 301,500 on Monday. In contrast, silver became more expensive, rising by Rs 25 per tola to Rs 4,670.
The association cited international market reports indicating that gold was priced at around $4,322 per ounce and silver at $63 per ounce on the same day.
