Gold Futures Track US COMEX Losses, Close Lower on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives

Gold futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD) closed lower on September 14, tracking losses in US COMEX. The spot-month September 2026 contract decreased to $4,295.50 per troy ounce from $4,353.50 last Friday.

The October 2026 contract slid to $4,310.80 per troy ounce from $4,368.70 previously. November 2026 slipped to $4,326.60 per troy ounce from $4,384.00, while December 2026, February 2027, and April 2027 all fell to $4,334.40 per troy ounce.

Trading volume declined to 302 lots from 413 lots last Friday, while open interest shrank to 358 contracts from 469 contracts.
