Gold Loan Stocks Shine Ahead of Festive Season

As the festive season approaches, gold loan companies are gaining attention due to their close link with precious metal prices. Gaurang Shah, Sr. VP at Geojit Investments, believes that gold finance companies are influenced by factors such as central bank buying, ETF and mutual fund demand, and India's strong preference for physical gold.

Shah remains optimistic about the long-term prospects of gold prices and recommends Muthoot Finance and Manappuram Finance as investment ideas in the gold loan space. In contrast, he prefers Titan Company in the gems and jewellery segment.
