Gold Nears Critical Support Zone at $4,333-$4,353

Gold prices are approaching a crucial support zone at $4,333-$4,353 after a sharp decline from its recent peak of $4,460-$4,480. The 15-minute chart shows that the price is below both the Daily VC PMI mean of $4,426 and the Weekly VC PMI mean of $4,593, maintaining a bearish short-term structure.

However, gold is now entering an important cluster of VC PMI support levels where the probability of a mean-reversion rally increases. The first support is Daily Buy 1 at $4,340, followed closely by Weekly Buy 2 at $4,333. This narrow zone represents a major algorithmic demand area.

The market's recent low of approximately $4,350 indicates that buyers are beginning to respond above this support cluster. According to VC PMI methodology, reaching Buy 1 historically identifies a high-probability reversion toward the mean, while Buy 2 represents a more extreme level of price displacement.
