Gold Price Breaks Above Key MAs as Resistance Looms

Gold's price has been steadily recovering since its July lows, breaking above both the 50-day EMA at $4,223 and the 100-day EMA at $4,322. This improvement in medium-term momentum is a positive sign for investors.

The current rally is reaching the resistance level of $4,448, which also serves as the upper boundary of the current retracement structure. However, recent candlesticks have been forming with some hesitation below this level, indicating potential profit-taking consolidation rather than a bearish reversal.

Despite this, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) remains in the strong bull zone at 65, suggesting that the upward momentum is still intact. Immediate resistance for gold comes in at $4,448, with further resistance levels at $4,575 and $4,666.
