Minerals 260 Limited (ASX:MI6) shares slipped 4.23% on August 14, 2026, amidst a broader retreat in gold prices and sentiment.

The company's flagship project is the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields, where a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) was released in July 2026.

The PFS outlined an operation producing around 150,000 ounces of gold per year from a five-million-tonne-per-annum plant over an estimated 19-year mine life at an All-In Sustaining Cost (AISC) of A$2,520/oz.

Minerals 260's market capitalization has reached A$1.83 billion, with some investors concerned about the stock's sensitivity to gold price fluctuations and its large future funding requirement.
