Gold Price Drops Below Key Support Level Amid Bearish Trend

The gold price has declined in its latest intraday trading session, surpassing the key support level of $4,300. This is according to an analysis from Economies.com, which had previously identified this level as a potential target.

The decline in gold's price is attributed to negative signals surrounding the market, including its trading below the EMA50 (exponential moving average) resistance level. This reinforces the dominance of the bearish corrective trend on the short-term basis.

The EURUSD pair has also deepened its losses, breaking through the 1.1575 support level and continuing to trade alongside a supportive trend line. The pair's trading below EMA50 is further reducing the chances of a full recovery in the near term.
