Gold prices in Bangalore declined on August 10 after holding steady over the weekend. The latest rates show a modest correction following a sharp rise in gold prices during the previous week.

The price of 24-karat gold fell ₹38 to ₹15,197 per gram, while 22-karat gold dropped ₹35 to ₹13,930 per gram. Meanwhile, 18-karat gold declined ₹28 to ₹11,398 per gram.

Despite the latest decline, prices remain significantly higher than they were at the beginning of August. The recent trend shows that most of the month's gains came in just a few sessions, with 24K gold jumping from ₹14,400 on August 4 to ₹15,235 by August 8.
