The world gold price has been steadily rising, reaching $4,442.3 USD/ounce as of 7:20 PM. This is an increase of 125.5 USD/ounce from the previous day. Goldman Sachs Research predicts that gold prices may reach $4,900 USD/ounce by the end of 2026 due to central banks' demand for gold accumulation and investment cash flow.
However, there are short-term challenges facing the upward trend of gold prices, including potential adjustments in US interest rate policy and the strength of the USD. The market is closely monitoring these factors as they may impact gold's performance.
