Gold Price Surges in Telangana Amid Market Volatility
The gold price in Telangana has been on the rise this month. As of August 9th, the price of 24k gold had settled at ₹1,52,350 per 10 grams, a 6% increase from the beginning of the month. This is part of an overall trend of rising prices for gold in Telangana since July.
Looking back to June, the gold price fluctuated significantly, reaching as low as ₹1,41,320 on June 26th but also hitting a high of ₹1,57,080 on June 1st. The month ended with a price of ₹1,41,920 per 10 grams.
Gold purity is measured in karats, with 24K being the purest form at 99.9% gold content. However, this is too soft for jewelry and is best suited for investment in coins and bars. The prices mentioned above do not include making charges or GST, which are additional fees added to the final price of gold products.
