Gold Price Surges Rs 3,200 Per Tola as Silver Falls
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association has announced an increase in the price of gold. As per their announcement, the price of gold is now Rs 322,700 per tola, a rise of Rs 3,200 from the previous day's price of Rs 319,500 per tola. This marks a significant increase, with the price of gold rising by Rs 15,700 in just one week.
Last Monday, gold was priced at Rs 306,800 per tola. The recent surge in gold prices can be attributed to various market and economic factors. On the other hand, the price of silver has seen a marginal decrease, falling by Rs 10 per tola from Rs 4,975 to Rs 4,965 per tola.
The association sets the daily prices for gold and silver based on their assessment of market trends and international commodity prices. The Federation's announcement comes as a benchmark for gold and silver dealers across Nepal. The current price increase may have implications for consumers and traders in the Nepalese market.
