The Gold Price website has made available its Holdings Calculator, allowing users to calculate the current value of their gold and silver holdings. To use the calculator, one must first enter a number in the left text field representing the amount of gold or silver they own.

Selecting Ounce, Gram, or Kilogram for the weight and choosing a currency are also necessary steps. Upon completion, the calculator will display the current price per unit of weight and currency on the right-hand side.

Users can optionally enter the purchase price and future value to calculate the gain or loss. The calculator also provides totals for gold and silver holdings, including the ratio percentage of gold versus silver.
