Gold Prices Bounce Back Amid Weakening US Dollar

Gold prices saw a slight increase on August 19, after weakening in the previous session due to rising US Treasury yields. The metal's value rose by $10.60 per ounce to $4,345.20 as the US dollar weakened.

The domestic market update showed that gold was trading 0.26% lower at Rs 1,53,855 per 10 grams on the MCX, while silver was down 1.56% at Rs 2,28,790 per kg.

City-wise prices for 24-carat gold remained relatively stable, with Delhi seeing a price of Rs 1,56,040 per 10 grams and Mumbai's price ranging from Rs 1,42,900 to Rs 1,43,050 per 10 grams.
