Gold Prices Fall 0.69%, Silver Dips 0.85% on MCX Amid International Weakness
Gold and silver prices fell in domestic markets on August 14 due to weakness in international bullion markets. In the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold October futures dropped 0.69% to ₹1,52,406 per 10 grams, while silver September futures eased about 0.85% to ₹2,33,455 per kg.
The physical market saw gold prices hovering around ₹1.53 lakh per 10-gram level and silver at ₹2.55 lakh per kg across major cities. City-wise retail rates reported the following:
