Gold Prices Fall as Silver Rises Marginally in Indian Bullion Market
Gold prices in India's domestic bullion market declined on Sunday, after two consecutive days of increases. In contrast, silver prices rose marginally.
The price of gold fell by ₹360 to ₹390 per 10 grams across most markets, making the yellow metal cheaper than before. Silver, however, saw a slight increase, with prices rising by ₹100 per kilogram in Delhi's bullion market.
According to the latest data, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,44,220 and ₹1,44,370 per 10 grams in most markets, while 22-carat gold was available in the range of ₹1,32,200 to ₹1,32,350 per 10 grams. On a weekly basis, both gold and silver saw declines due to continued market volatility.
