Gold Prices Plummet Across India as Silver Holds Steady
Gold prices declined across major Indian cities on September 14, 2026. The price of 24-carat gold was around ₹1.54 lakh per 10 grams in most cities, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1.41 lakh per 10 grams. In contrast, silver was trading at a stable ₹2.45 lakh per kg across all major cities.
According to the market rates, Hyderabad had the highest price for 24-karat gold at ₹1,54,090 per 10 grams, while Delhi had the lowest at ₹1,54,240 per 10 grams. The prices of 22-carat gold were consistent across all major cities.
The stable silver prices were observed in all major cities, with a uniform price of ₹2,45,000 per kg in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur.
