Gold prices in Pakistan's local market plummeted by Rs3,700 per tola on Wednesday following a decline in international rates.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that 24-karat gold now costs Rs458,236 per tola.
This downward trend was also observed in the price of silver, which dropped by 186 rupees to reach Rs6,800 per tola.
