Gold Prices Plummet in Nepali Market Amid Slight Dip in Silver
The price of gold has dropped in Nepal's market, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders. On Monday, Chhapaawal gold was traded at 301,000 rupees per tola, a decrease of 1,200 rupees from Sunday's price of 302,200 rupees per tola.
The price of silver has also decreased by 40 rupees per tola, trading at 4,620 rupees on Monday, down from 4,660 rupees the previous day. The Federation fixed the prices of gold and silver as follows: 301,000 rupees per tola for Chhapaawal gold, 258,060 rupees per 10 grams, and 3,961 rupees per 10 grams for silver.
