Gold Prices Plummet in Pakistan Amid Ongoing Downward Trend
Gold prices in Pakistan have declined further on Tuesday, with the price of 24-karat gold falling by Rs4,000 per tola. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, gold settled at Rs449,336 per tola after the latest decline. The downward trend is also reflected in international markets, where gold lost $40 to trade at $4,268 per ounce.
The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs3,429, reaching Rs385,233. This decline comes as no surprise, given the continued downward trend in the bullion market. The association's figures highlight a significant drop in gold prices over the past period.
