Gold Prices Plummet to Lowest Point This Week
Gold and silver prices plummeted in both global and local markets on Saturday. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), gold fell by $151 per ounce to $4,454 in the international bullion market.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs15,100 per tola to Rs467,936. The price of 10 grams of gold also declined by Rs12,946 to Rs401,178.
The APGJSA reported that silver prices fell by Rs397 per tola to Rs7,112. The price of 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs340 to Rs6,096.
