Gold Prices Rebound from Three-Month High Amid Economic Data and Fed Speech
Gold prices dropped on Tuesday after reaching their highest levels in over three months earlier in the day. Spot gold was down 0.2 percent at $4,640.39 per ounce as of 0334 GMT.
The decline comes ahead of key economic data releases, including US inflation figures and a speech by Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh later this week.
Among other metals, silver fell 1.3 percent to $68.01 per ounce, platinum lost 1.2 percent to $1,853.85, and palladium slipped nearly 1 percent to $1,345.26.
