Gold Prices Rise Amid Firm International Rates

Gold and silver prices have seen a significant increase in domestic markets on August 11, 2026. According to market rates, gold has risen amid firm international prices, while silver also showed a notable surge.

The current market rate for 24-carat gold is around ₹1.55 lakh per 10 grams, with 22-carat gold priced at approximately ₹1.42 lakh per 10 grams and 18-carat gold at around ₹1.16 lakh per 10 grams in major cities. Silver is trading at ₹2.55 lakh per kg across most cities.

The prices for gold vary slightly across different cities, with Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Pune, and Vadodara all showing similar rates. Silver prices are consistent across these cities, ranging from ₹2,550 to ₹2,600 per kg.
