Gold Prices Rise Amid Higher Crude and US-Iran Conflict Uncertainty

The price of gold and silver rose on August 20 due to higher crude prices and ongoing uncertainty over the US-Iran conflict.

The COMEX gold futures increased by 0.22% to $4,555.50 per ounce, while silver jumped 2.05% to $67.17 per ounce during morning trade.

The LBMA spot gold price stood at $4,460.70 per ounce in the PM fixing on August 19.

Domestic spot gold on MCX recovered towards Rs 1,54,300 per 10 grams on Wednesday.
