The prices of 22 and 18 carat gold have also risen, standing at ₹14,220 and ₹11,635 per gram respectively.
The global crude oil prices remain near multi-week highs, with Brent crude hovering around $87.80 per barrel and WTI crude at approximately $82.22 per barrel. The ongoing conflict in the region has led to a surge in demand for safe-haven assets like gold.
