Gold Prices Soar by Rs3,900 in Pakistan's Local Market

Gold prices in Pakistan have surged significantly on Friday, with the price of 24-karat gold rising by Rs3,900 to Rs469,136 per tola. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported this increase, citing a rise in international market prices as well.

The association also noted that the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs3,344 to Rs402,208, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose by Rs3,066 to Rs368,704. Additionally, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs117 to Rs7,161, and the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs100 to Rs6,139.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by $39 to $4,466 per ounce, while the price of silver in the international market increased by $1.17 to $66.82 per ounce.
