Gold Prices Soar in Global and Local Markets
The global and local market for gold has seen a significant increase in prices. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, 24-Karat gold per tola has risen by Rs 5,700 to Rs 482,936. Additionally, the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 4,972, making it Rs 414,039. However, there was no change in the price of silver per tola, which remains at Rs 7,379.
The global market for gold also saw an increase, with prices rising by $57 to $4,604 per ounce. This surge in prices may be a concern for investors and consumers alike, as it could impact their purchasing power and investment decisions.
