Gold Prices Soar to New Heights in Pakistan's Local Markets

Gold prices in Pakistan's local Sarafa markets surged on September 12, 2026, with 24-karat gold increasing by Rs400 per tola to Rs457,136. The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also rose to Rs391,920, up Rs343 from the previous rate.

Meanwhile, 22-karat gold per 10 grams saw a price increase of Rs315, reaching Rs359,273. Silver prices also recorded an uptick in the local market, with 24-karat silver rising by Rs53 per tola to Rs6,924, and 10 grams of silver increasing by Rs46 to Rs5,936.

The international market saw a similar trend, with gold prices standing at $4,346 per ounce, up $4 from the previous rate. Silver prices also increased in the international market, reaching $64.45 per ounce, up $0.53 from the previous rate.
