Gold Prices Stabilize Near One-Month Lows as Investors Await Fed Decision

Gold prices stabilized near their lowest levels in over a month on Tuesday as investors awaited clues from the US Federal Reserve's policy decision. The precious metal had hit its lowest point since August 7, but remained steady at $4,300.96 per ounce after a slight dip.

US gold futures fell by 0.3 percent to $4,341.10 per ounce, while other precious metals experienced varying changes in price. Spot silver rose by 0.1 percent to $63.28, but platinum and palladium declined by 0.1 and 0.7 percent respectively.
