Gold prices remained steady across major Indian cities on August 3, while silver prices saw a decline in the domestic market. The bullion market continues to be closely watched by investors due to global economic developments and currency movements.

In Delhi, 24-karat gold is priced at Rs 144,360 per 10 grams, and 22-karat gold is selling at Rs 132,240 per 10 grams. The rates are similar in other cities such as Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru, with 24-karat gold available at around Rs 144,200-144,600 per 10 grams.

However, silver prices have declined in the domestic market, trading at Rs 234,900 per kilogram on August 3. Despite this, global demand for silver remains strong, with spot prices rising to USD 58.02 per ounce.
